ENMAILBOX TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “Client,” or “You”) and Business Paperwork, an Oklahoma Company (“ENMAILBOX,” “We,” “Us,” or “Service Provider”).

By creating an account, submitting payment, or using our mail receiving and forwarding services, you agree to these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ENMAILBOX provides private mail receiving, handling, and forwarding services as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). We receive mail and packages on behalf of verified customers and process them according to authorized instructions.

All customers must complete identity verification and authorization, including submission of a valid USPS Form 1583 before mail handling services begin.

3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & AUTHORIZATION

To comply with CMRA requirements established by the United States Postal Service, we require:

• Completion of USPS Form 1583

• Government-issued identification (as required by Form 1583 guidelines)

• Verified customer information on file before mail can be received or processed

We do not accept or process mail for unverified individuals.

4. FACILITY ACCESS & MAIL HANDLING

BUSINESS PAPERWORK operates from a private, non-public facility. The facility is not open to walk-in traffic.

All mail and packages are received, processed, and handled in a controlled access environment by authorized personnel only.

5. SERVICE TERMS & MINIMUM COMMITMENT

Due to the operational requirements of account setup, identity verification, and mail handling infrastructure, ENMAILBOX requires a minimum service term of 6 months.

This minimum term is a business requirement and not a federal mandate.

Customers may select either 6-month or 12-month service plans at checkout.

6. MAIL PROCESSING & FORWARDING

We may, based on customer instructions:

• Receive mail and packages on behalf of the customer

• Store items securely for pickup or forwarding

• Forward items to a designated address using third-party carriers

All forwarding is conducted through standard shipping providers and is subject to carrier terms and conditions.

7. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

All fees are disclosed at checkout and may include:

• Monthly or prepaid subscription fees

• Per-item handling or forwarding fees (if applicable)

• Optional service add-ons selected by the customer

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers agree not to use ENMAILBOX services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity

• Misrepresentation of identity

• Receipt of prohibited or illegal items under applicable law or carrier restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service for any violation of these Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate service if:

• Required identity verification is incomplete or invalid

• Suspected illegal or unauthorized use is identified

• Payment is not maintained according to the selected plan

Upon termination, mail will be handled according to customer instructions or returned to sender when applicable.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BUSINESS PAPERWORK provides mail handling services on a best-efforts basis.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Damage caused during transit by third-party shipping providers

• Losses resulting from incorrect forwarding instructions provided by the customer

11. NO GUARANTEE OF SECURITY OUTCOMES

While we implement controlled handling procedures, we do not guarantee absolute prevention of loss, theft, interception, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Oklahoma, and both parties consent to jurisdiction therein.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with any signed USPS Form 1583 and service order details, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
